Hello and thank you for visiting.

I hope to make this site an extension of my practice, offering extra tips and resources for my patients and the community at large. A large part of naturopathic medicine to me is "docere" or doctor as teacher. I encourage you to explore the resources, research and thoughts I have shared on this page and hope that they offer you insight or inspiration to improve your health and lifestyle.

My approach to medicine is taking time and care to listen to the person, identify imbalances and nurture health and wellness using natural modalities and the least invasive of treatments. I am always mindful of the whole person, and meet patients where they are, understanding that health and wellness are a journey, not a destination.
